Returns & Refunds - Our Promise to You

Every item from Sway is made especially for you when placing your order. Because each piece is custom printed, it is only possible to accept returns or exchanges if something arrives damaged or incorrect. 

We want you to love every piece you receive.  If something does arrive that doesn't meet your expectations, we will always do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Misprint or printing error

  • Damage during production or shipping

  • Wrong item received

  • Quality defect

Please contact us at Swaybydesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of it promptly.

To help us serve you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the defect

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund—whichever serves you best.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because each item is created soon after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they enter production (usually within a few hours).

Sizing & Product Details

We know shopping online isn’t always simple. Because all Sway products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. We recommend reviewing the size charts, product descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing.

If you need help choosing the best size, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or tracking shows delivered but cannot be found, please contact us. We will work with our production partners to investigate and help find a solution.
