Thank you for shopping with Sway! Each item in our store is made especially for you. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed:

It is sent immediately to our print provider for production.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item.

Because your order is custom-made, we cannot change or cancel it once production has started.
You will receive email updates as your order moves through production and shipping.
2. Shipping Times
After your order is produced, it will ship directly from our print partner. Typical shipping times:

United States: 2–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Please note: These are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, and destination.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the print provider’s rates, and the items ordered.
From time to time, we may offer promotions such as Free Shipping codes or site-wide offers.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items from different print providers (for example, a hoodie and a mug), they may ship separately. This is normal and allows you to receive items as soon as they’re ready.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Sometimes tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package seems delayed:

Check tracking for the most updated information

Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout

Check with neighbors, mailrooms, or your local post office
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the print provider and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not found, as carriers consider these successfully completed deliveries. However, we will still help advise on next steps.
7. Customs & International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s policies. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processes may also delay delivery times beyond our control.
8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

We can reship it once you provide an updated address

A reshipping fee may apply (this is based on the print provider’s policies)
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item
We’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

Wrong size
-
Buyer’s remorse

Color differences due to screen variations
